SwitchBot K11+

Excellent, powerful, compact.

Bought the SwitchBot K11+ for my wife. I was suggesting we buy a robot vacuum cleaner over the years – she didn’t want to. SwitchBot K11+ came via DHL, earlier than expected. Assembly was quick and easy, no rocket science to it. Paired with account, paced correctly and plugged to the mains. Start vacuuming. That easy. My wife regrated that she didn’t want one. Yes SwitchBot K11+ is that good, that past her scrutiny!

Feels well produced despite the low price. Set up worked within 5min, no troubleshooting. Had it for 3 weeks now and still works very well, always gets rid of all dust and dirt, fits under the bed and in corners. Mobbing is only a wet towel not with proper water tank, but that’s completely fine for the price and probably even better for real-wood flooring.

I bought this small robot vacuum, partly because of the price during the summer sales, to make cleaning the rooms in my house easier. I also have another robot vacuum (from a different brand) that’s bigger but less efficient on carpets; it always gets stuck. The K11+ has mapped out the house better and divided the rooms correctly. I ran a quick test since it just arrived, and with 50% battery life, it cleaned a room slightly larger than 20 square meters very well. Even at maximum power, it isn’t particularly loud (like a traditional handheld vacuum), and in sleep mode, I don’t even notice it’s on. Well, it does make a little noise when it empties itself at the charging station. Connecting to Wi-Fi and the app was quick and hassle-free. The management app seems well-designed to me; selecting rooms to clean, checking the battery level, and adjusting cleaning settings is convenient and takes just a few taps. Given its compact size, I was able to fit it into a really small space. Alexa recognized it right away; now I’ll start creating routines using both Alexa and the app, which doesn’t seem particularly difficult. Kata, SwitchBot’s AI, is especially useful for creating routines (I’ve had the chance to test it thoroughly with the Standing Circular Fan). The design is simple and clean; it's very nice. The charging base is simple and elegant, with a wooden insert that covers the compartment where the dust bags are inserted. It does what it promises—I can’t help but recommend it.
