I had been searching this function for many years, so I was very happy to find SwitchBot’s solution. It was really easy to install, and it works really great. I integrated to a smarthome system easily. Fantastic product.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for delivering the package. I have installed the devices, and they are now in use. I am very satisfied with the products, as they work perfectly, and I believe they will continue to do so. As per your message from February 21st, where you offered a 5% refund to compensate for the inconvenience caused, I kindly request that you process this refund. Additionally, I am experiencing an issue with the Google Home integration. Your website states that the devices are compatible with Google Home, but the connection is unreliable – opening and closing is not precise (unlike in the SwitchBot app, where it works flawlessly), and I am unable to use the devices in automations within the Google Home app, which was a key reason for my purchase. I kindly ask you to ensure seamless functionality with Google Home and to keep me updated on the progress of resolving this issue. Overall, I am very pleased with the devices and plan to purchase at least three more once the Google Home integration is fully functional. I also have a friend who runs a blinds installation company, and I would be happy to recommend your products to him once the Google Home integration is resolved.
