Although I had to wait super long for my stuff to ship to South Africa, I am still very pleased with my purchases so far. The only thing that got to me quite badly was the huge shipping costs. I could have ordered almost double the amount of goods if it wasn’t for the shipping costs. The products is well made and the service is quite good so far, but the shipping costs is what is keeping me from placing another order. If only Temu could have sold Switchbot stuff..shipping sorted 😎😊💪

Great product! Wife, after initially rolling her eyes at this idea and subsequent purchase, finally admitted (she said she’s only going to say it once) this was a terrific idea. Having daily sunshine lifts the soul. This product does a fabulous job on an everyday schedule opening and closing a very wide and tall bank of curtains. And you can’t hear a thing. Give it 10 stars excellent from product design, shipping & easy install. Wife installed in 5 minutes after initial rolling of the eyes. Go ahead and let the sun shine in. Also we have the blind openers from SwitchBot in our other house and they are great as well. App based programming makes it all simple and the remote comes in handy as well.

The curtain 3 rod type 1 is great it was easy to set up and has worked faultlessly since, it’s been great to be able to set it to close at dusk and open again at a set time so now I don even think about it which is how a smart home should work, I can’t wait to add this to other curtains in the future and looking forward to seeing what other things SwitchBot have cooking, P.S. the silent mode is amazing I wasn’t even aware the curtains were closing even though I was in the room at the time fantastic.
