I bought this as my first robovac, and my first switchbot product. I'm happy with it's cleaning performance, the base vacuum does a perfect job on my hardwood floor, it handles tricky places perfectly, it got stuck twice, but both involved cables, I tucked the cables away, and now it runs perfectly. The mop is almost like a bonus feature, it's not the greatest most perfect feature, but I used it, and I'm happy with the results. I don't have any nasty stains, but it does pick up lots of dirt easily. The station itself works perfectly well, even gets rid of longer hairs on the enchanced setting. I absolutely adore the design of this thing, it's small enough to clean around complex furniture, chair legs, the whole lot.

The vacuum is indeed quite small and reaches almost everywhere, also between the chair legs. It is also quite capable in navigation, not so much in object avoidance, but that's not a problem for me. I just make sure the floor is clear, which is a good habit anyways if feasible.
