They were excellent

I purchased two curtain motors just before Christmas, but I misplaced one of the magnets and the curtain wouldn't close properly. I contacted Switchbot and they offered to supply the replacement magnets FOC. I just had to pay for postage. The magnets arrived today, I fitted them, re-calibrated the Switchbots, now they are working perfectly! Switchbot provided excellent help and support I'm really enjoying my curtain motors. Alexa shuts them all at sunset, and opens them in the morning, or I can tell Alexa if I want them opened any time. No more climbing behind the sofa to open and close the curtains. Saves heat as well, as the curtains help with the insulation when closed. I wish I had bought these years ago.

Perfect and fast

Delivery was faster than expected.

I was skeptical, I bought one and played with it. Then I dove in and bought for my living area and am very pleased. Took a bit of learning them, but they work wonderfully, quietly opening and closing in conjunction with Alexa. Love them.
