The large country fryer is actually large! Awesome pan. I got the largest of the 3 and it is truly large. Looks awesome cooks even better. Heavy but not too heavy. Can’t wait to see what else i can do with it.

de Buyer 12.5” Country Fry Pan does not disappoint I knew this was a quality product from all the videos I watched online but it still exceeded my expectations! I have many pieces of high end cookware but am new to carbon steel and immediately upon taking this pan out of the bag, I could tell it was built to perform and I was blown away by the build quality. This is one substantial fry pan! I see now why so many others rave about de Buyer. I am very pleased and will add other pieces from this company.

Buy them. They cook food. Food! Amazing. It performs as expected. Bonus I did not spend a day scrubbing some mystery coating off of it before being able to start abusing it.

Forever Cookware I just purchased the mineral B country fry pan a few weeks ago and after doing the recommended cure, it is non-stick as advertised and did not splatter on the burners due to the high side profile. What a delight! It cleans effortlessly and most important to me was the cooking performance of the food that I used it for. I am sold on the de Buyer products and have just received two additional Mineral B Pro fry pans (9.5 and 11) to add to my set!
