Unfortunately, the laptop I ordered arrived without a Portuguese keyboard configuration. While the package included language stickers for Spanish, French, and German, the Portuguese stickers were missing. Could customer support please mail me a set of Portuguese keyboard stickers? While this will not fully resolve the issue of lacking a native keyboard, it will at least attenuate the problem. To make matters worse, just a few days after my purchase, a local Portuguese store put the exact same laptop on sale for €50 cheaper—featuring a native Portuguese keyboard. Overall, it was very unlucky timing and a disappointing experience for a Portuguese buyer.

Dear Chuwi Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing in response to your email asking whether I am satisfied with the product. I purchased the CoreBook Air as a pre-order customer, which included a 70-euro discount and a free mouse. Unfortunately, the mouse was not included in my shipment, and I never received it. Regarding the laptop itself, the design and build quality are excellent. However, I have encountered a few serious issues: Screen Light Bleeding The display has noticeable light bleeding, especially along the top edge of the screen. In a dark environment, this issue becomes very visible and quite disturbing. Shut Down Problem Since two days ago, the laptop no longer shuts down properly through Start → Shut down. It turns off and then immediately turns on again, as if it is restarting. The only way to fully shut it down is by using the power button, which is very inconvenient. These issues are affecting my experience with the device, and I kindly ask you to let me know what steps I should take next. Please advise me on how we can resolve these problems as soon as possible.
