The delivery was fast (about 12 days from China to Portugal) with full tracking information all the way. I take one star out because of the poor packaging, in a narrow card box, with no padding, the wheel axle punctured the card box and it had to be the last mile Portuguese transport company to protect the axle with additional padding and tape. As a result, the electric cable was pinched during the transport and was slightly damaged. I take another star out for the part itself: I found it unbelievable that the power cord didn’t include the plastic connector that connects to the controller. I had to take out the 6 pins from the old connector and reuse it, placing, by hand, all the 6 pins from the new cable. Additionally, there is no protection around the inside of the wheel, that protects the inner tube from the sharp edges of the spoke screws. So, bear in mind this is not a “plug and play” part. It will take you time and work (and in my case, a lot of frustration) to make it look like the original part. All these issues are fixable, I just hope Fiido corrects them.

I was surprised how it only took 12 days to arrive from China to England. And the customer service was really good . I highly recommend fiido .

Spliffing! As promoted! They send all parts, motor 500w and the battery with 48v as well the eu- loading cable, in time. Got a new controller, 22 amp with 48v support 500w, from "meilenstein munich" as well the kt4 display and hand throttle. Tried it out today and it worked! With the originial controller, +-15 amp and 36v 250w, i recieved the failure code "0006" when i reached 25km/h so i had to uphrade the controller and to make shure everythings harmonied i choose the kt display and bmc hand throttle. The 250w motor, 6800km down, with the orig. 36v battery and the orig.15 amp controller i will keep for the "summer" setup with the 7gear freewheeler on the rim. Great and educationell challenge for beginners imo. Thanks for the professionell service from fido! 5 stars - all perfect!
