I have sent numerous emails regarding an ongoing issue and have received no response, save for a brief interaction yesterday with a representative named Neon, who has also since gone silent. ​The issue is as follows: ​The Problem: I purchased an EcoFlow Delta 2 battery, and subsequently bought an extra battery to back it up. However, the extra battery sent to me is not compatible with my system (it appears to be for a Delta 2 Max). ​The Oversight: As these items were purchased directly from EcoFlow, this compatibility conflict should have been flagged by your system or team at the time of purchase. ​Because I cannot use the product I paid for, and because my attempts to resolve this have been ignored for a fortnight, I require immediate assistance. ​Please have a supervisor or a senior member of the support team contact me within the next 24 hours to arrange one of the following: ​An exchange for the correct, compatible Delta 2 Extra Battery. ​A return and full refund for the incompatible unit at no cost to me. ​I expect a prompt reply to this email to confirm that my case is finally being handled. ​Thank you,
