Amazing heat retention and cleans like a dream I got a set of these while visiting America; six months later, I still cant believe how non-stick they are, how burned bits wipe off with minimal effort, how well they retain heat on my induction stove.

Professional and practical This pan is reassuringly solid – the ceramic surface can handle steel utensils. The rim of the pan is naked metal (i.e., not ceramic surfaced) thus protecting the top edge of ceramic coating from being chipped by lids or by contact with kitchen surfaces. The all metal fabrication allows the pan to be used in an oven and it stands up well to 200 degrees heat. This is an expensive item but its professional standards of design and manufacture make in more than god value for money

Fantastic frying pan A fantastic pan. Love the non-stick surface, the quality and the design of this collection and this product. Just wish it came with a lid.

Superb pan so far Weve used this about a dozen times now. The proof will be in 2 years time, but so far were delighted. It is solidly made, looks beautiful and its a joy to have omelettes and frittatas slide out in one piece. With storage in mind, it would be helpful to have the overall dimensions (from handle tip across the 28cm diameter pan) on the website. That is 51cms and just about fits in our saucepan drawer.

Our family are delighted to make omelettes again! Exceeded expectations & we use barely any oil now.
