With the high sides it allows multitudes of uses. A wok, a sauté pan, a pan to fry in, it is hard to imagine what it can’t be used for.The craftsmanship is perfect!

The BestI have the Mineral B 12.5 Country Fry The BestI have the Mineral B 12.5 Country Fry Pan and use it several times a week. It is my favorite pan. I love my cast iron, but for getting a nice crust on a ribeye, or sea scallops etc. it cant be beat.
