Good stuff: Good bang for your buck: high refresh rate and options to change display such as blue screen filter and easy-read mode, which is great if you're reading a long article, book etc. I don’t do gaming, so I wouldn't know if it's suitable for that.

my monitor: The picture is excellent, the sound not so good unless I have set up wrong, but this is a minor consideration for me. Main gripe is that Philips sent an incompatible lead, easy to overcome with a double ended extension just a bit annoying. Otherwise excellent.

More than 3 seconds to turn the power off??: You need to press more than 3 secs the power button to turn off the monitor... come on Philips! please allow that it can be turned off faster, I don´t want to let it all night with the led blinking forever, it´s useless energy consumption.
