1. Good design on LG Australia Ultrawide 29-inch monitor [model number 29WL50S - B] packaging box with symbols that tell you where to cut the tape and open the box. Love the design of the cardboard box flaps with wider under cardboard flap so when user cut through the tape, some rough users wont be able to easily poke too hard into the packaging box to cut and damage the box expensive contents. 2. Why not add to paper user manual, and on LG.com and via social media e.g. YouTube videos which educate global computer users when they receive their new computer monitor, to remove the top first layer Styrofoam, remove the small hard items out of the first layer Styrofoam, and put the clean Styrofoam on the stable clean floor then gently hold the top left corner and the bottom right corners of the monitor to remove out of the box to put on top of the first Styrofoam layer [for installation of legs] to reduce the risks of some Klutz customers who may rest the screen on the floor which may have some hard objects or on the bed with hidden hard items thus damaging the screen. This will max more customers and retain existing customers. 3. Good design on using black screws to match black monitor. 4. Good design on multiple print anti-baby suffocation images on plastic packaging to max safety, reduce risks of legal litigation and max profits. 5. Important: Problem is that the base flip bucket handle for the screw for the monitor leg is too thin and might break due to material quality, manufacturers defect, or user error on turning the handle too fast and too hard (thus cutting the user). Smart criminals use this point to sue for medical compensations. 6. Important: The thin black cable tie to tie the power head cord left micro soft depression indents [wires not exposed and works fine] on the rubber outer skin layer of the cable leading to safety concern on the durability of the material where less tech savvy users may accidentally push table backwards to clamp and compress power cord against wall with multiple times daily micro abrasions which may result in exposed live wires which is an electrocution hazard for adults and young children - the material type of the power cable skin should not be cost reduced. 7. Paper and digital instruction manual need image to show where the power menu button (joystick) is - I couldnt find it until I did some researching online. Please feedback to management. 8. LG Ultra-wide monitor with the screen split software is good for productivity but lacking near infinite nesting feature. Why not max profits by implementing similar to browser tabs where if there are 2 or more app windows on a single split screen section, the top of the active app window in each section will auto appear tabs with side scroll button to reveal more tabs with the titles of each app window below the active app window. This setting can be toggled on or off. Separately, user can save each active app windows in the respective split screen section as sessions that can be renamed. When PC reboot, user with a single click can auto open all last session app windows similar to browser settings.
