Great watch except that the backlight doesn’t work.

Upgraded from the obsolete Tactical and pleased. This was a last minute upgrade to the Instinct Tactical Watch which after several years of great useage, was not able to hold a charge while just starting on a bike tour. Really took a gap out of the miles that were to be tracked during the bike ride. The Instinct Solar menus are a little different than what I was used to but becoming accustomed how to scroll through the many different options available. Really put the watch to the test when I used it to track the Seattle To Portland event just a few days after purchasing the Solar and was pleased with the battery life and that the solar charging does help to offset the typical battery draw. When reaching 3 days remaining, it automatically went into low power mode and gave another 7 days of use before charging. So far it synchs with the Ridewithgps as with the tactical and directly carries over all functions from there. Thoroughly pleased with it so far. The cost is a little more than the typical timepiece but is justified with the years of useful life.

Great Watch Great Watch!!! Still learning all that it can do. The learning curve for this watch is a lot harder than I expected.

Dissapointments I bought this recently and was disappointed that there was no owners manual included. I was able to go online and find one and for a price got the 109 pages printed and bound. Then was also disappointed that it didnt have watch face pictures with explanations as to what each thing showing meant. I think I need lessons on how to use this watch. Maybe U Tube classes or something.

I love it! I bought this a month ago and have 100% battery still. It works well with my iPhone. I am a simple guy so I enjoy the semi simplistic feel and I absolutely love the flashlight!
