Good morning, from a first impression I like it a lot but I haven't had time to try all the hardware and software functions yet, so at the moment my feedback is positive, I will most likely do another one later.

I've had this laptop for a little over a year and have not had any problems. It works great and I use it every day in school (I teach 14 music classes a week). Two drawbacks: only USB-C connectors(3x) and battery life. I bought an additional USB hub/dongle (HDMI, USB ports, card reader, etc. the one they have on their website). Power button can be a bit iffy (do I touch it briefly, long, etc.?! never can tell what does the trick to turn it on). The touchscreen is a plus, but I do not use it that often at all. Hinge design is rock solid. Software runs great in Windows 11 Pro. Wish they could ship these with different keyboard layouts in Europe (which I think would really open up their market), but are still shipping with QWERTY keyboards only. I use Windows Hotkeys and a script for the Umlauts and have no problem typing in German. The entire body is metal alloy, not plastic. Backlight keys and standar arrow keys are a plus. Final drawback: display lighting poor (practically minimal change in brightness between 0 and 100), best for indoor use only. Great product for my needs teaching in schools, using google education and google drive for storage online, work from anywhere with materials. Purchased July 2024, Order #EU9204.

I purchased this Chuwi device expecting it to be compatible with a Finnish QWERTY keyboard layout, but unfortunately, there is no suitable keyboard cover available. This is a major inconvenience for users in Finland, as the default layout does not match our standard keys and symbols. Despite reaching out, I was unable to get a proper solution or replacement. It’s frustrating that such a basic regional compatibility issue hasn’t been addressed. I cannot recommend this product to anyone who needs a Finnish keyboard setup.

This is my first Chuwi and I'm impressed from the quality of the latptop. The material are high quality! The screen is bery clear and the images are fine. At this moment I love this! Only one point is that the h7 pen arrives wirhout the battery, so I had to buy it and at tjis moment I still haven't used!
