No creo que funcione por sí solo, todavía necesito hacer mis ejercicios de fisioterapia y a veces tengo que recurrir a analgésicos, pero es un buen complemento para todo lo que hago para mantenerme sin dolor. Para empezar, puedes usarla en diferentes partes del cuerpo; es muy fácil. Comienza con el nivel más bajo y ve aumentando gradualmente hasta el que necesites. El producto es pequeño, así que puedes usarlo en cualquier lugar: en casa, en el trabajo. Las almohadillas térmicas son perfectas; te sientes muy relajado después de que termina el programa.

Compré esto y me ha ayudado mucho con el dolor muscular y no solo eso, ¡también con el acondicionamiento muscular! Puedo encenderlo y sentarme durante 30 minutos y dejar que la máquina haga su trabajo. Una ventaja adicional es que tiene función de calor. Mi esposo juega al cricket y le encanta el calor que libera en los músculos. Tiene 4 funciones: masaje, tonificación, alivio del dolor y calor. La tonificación realmente ayuda si haces ejercicio y necesitas más definición muscular. Usado junto con la función de masaje, durante un período de tiempo, probablemente te hará maravillas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best TENS and pain relief device Ive come across! I would highly recommend it! The device has 3 functions, TENS, EMS and massage and you can use heat with it as well. Theres lots of different programmes for each function and the heat can be used on low or high. I find the high heat best for pain relief and I mostly switch between the TENS and massage functions. Its worth trying all though to see what suits you. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have horrendous restless legs but this device really helps to soothe that. The instruction booklet that comes with it is really helpful as it lists the different programmes for each function and shows pictures of where best to place the pads.It comes with a removable belt clip and a usb charging cable (its a short cable but you wouldnt use the device when its charging so its fine) and takes around 3-4 hours to get a full charge but does then seem to hold the charge well. Its a shame it doesnt come with replacement gel pads or a carry bag/case but thats just a nice to have. It also beeps every time you press a button, which I personally find a little annoying.The screen goes off whilst the programme is running and it automatically switches off at the end or when not used, both to conserve battery which is good. Overall I think this is a really useful device and it is definitely helping me to manage my pain.
