Not great for larger kibble. I know they have said this works well with my sizes of Bible but it really does not. Our dog is on adult weight control kibble and it is bigger than the small pellets for regular food. The hopper can be full and the food will not go up through the elevator to go out the front to feed our dog. It’s telling me she is being fed and she’s not. I recently got a job working outside of my home where I cannot listen to how much is actually hitting the floor (we have it elevated so she won’t raid the hopper…she is a lab and very smart). It is frustrating because my dog ate rocks a couple weeks ago because she was hungry and I had no idea she was not being fed!Please do not say this works for larger kibble. There ISa limit. And it gets clogged with the bigger ones. We have to keep it propped in the back so the small area in the back where the elevator track scoops the kibble will actually pick up the kibble and take it up the track to go out and feed her. It worked great for the first year and when I was working from home I knew if she was actually getting food when it went off. Now I don’t! Argh! So disappointed.

Just what I needed Only had this a few weeks but so far, very impressed. We are away often so it has made it very convenient to feed the dog when we can’t. Capacity appears to be big enough that we can be gone for at least a week. The like the option to feed on schedule or demand as well

Easily feed your dog anytime and anywhere! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this feeder out, it came with everything needed to setup. The instructions were really easy to follow and the unit was really easy to set up, along with connecting it to my phone. At first my blue heeled was a little scared of it when the food would dispense. After about a week of him getting used to it he was no longer scared and would scratch at it when he wanted more. When it comes to cleaning it was really easy to take apart an wash. I have had zero issues with it and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a automatic feeder.

Great Smart Feeder [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s already paid for itself in money, time, and sleep. I normally have to pay a pet sitter to come to feed my cat when I have to go out of town. It was quick and super easy to set up. So many things I love about this unit. One, it works with my Alexa, which is awesome. I just tell Alexa to give a snack and it does. Then it has the slow feed option. It gives out small portions over a few minutes to make sure the cat isn’t eating too fast. It was a month into owning it, that I got a call in the middle of the night about a family member being in the hospital. I was so relieved that I had this. I didn’t have to worry about trying to find a sitter last minute or relying on someone to come over. I wasn’t sure how long I’d be gone. So I made sure it was full and that it was programmed for the right amount and time a day. I got notifications on my phone when my cat was fed. I used my security camera a couple of times and saw him eating. It has also saved my sleep. He used to come into my room and meow at me for food. Now he stands in front of the feeder and meows at it. Now I have one less daily task to stay on top of. The only downside is the blue light is very bright. Although, a small piece of electric tape fixed that.
