Hi, after so many negative attempts to connect bluetooth to my canon m50 mkII, I switched to usbc with the supplied micro usb cable, it doesn't even work with the start and stop cable. bought on EuroVolter, i like the product however in these condition that the start and stop doesn't work, it's a flaw, the App on the iphone also connects, but then I can't connect the bluetooth... I think I'll make it back with a nice negative review. I believe that the canon is not compatible as it is stated by you in your official site. I will definitely switch to DJI Ronin-SC thanks have a good day
