Good morning I contact you about the order #EU15892 of January 26th the order was never delivered to me because the courier reported my address as incomplete or incorrect; my address is absolutely correct and have never been any problems whit any courier. My package was returned to the sender without any communication or second delivery attempt and since February 2nd I have not received any more communication. The item seems stuck at sorting center in destination country from february 2th check this. https://t.17track.net/en#nums=JJD00026866033686909001 I contacted your EU store who promised me a solution for this incident but I have no news from them either. I expected a new shipment or the reshipment of my blocked package ,but nothing, I am rather disappointed and I hope that a solution will be found;At this point, if I do not receive any communication for this serious problem I will start the payment dispute procedure on PayPal and I will ask for a refund ,I hope you can give me an answer.I will wait a few more days Kind regards Massimiliano Bonatti

Estou muito satisfeito com a qualidade de construção, a estética, a leveza a bateria tem uma autonomia bastante aceitável, 5 a 7 horas dependendo do nível de processamento utilizado, para não falarmos do hardware, que o torna um laptop de última geração. grande fluidez de funcionamento. e relação qualidade/preço é imbatível.!
