We use these feeders for feeding our cats their raw food. We se them up when we know we aren’t going to be home in time to feed them at their exact dinner time or even if we plan on going out before their feeding time, they have saved us from having to leave the functions so early!

I really like the automatic wet food feeder. I have 2 for my 2 cats and it works great! The only reason it is not perfect for me is because the plate is plastic. My cats get a lot of chin acne because of it and I just wish the plate was stainless steel. I also have the pixi catit fountain and I am planning to buy the stainless steel replacement top part. I wish there was a stainless steel insert plate for this feeder too! But it is a very important thing for me and thats why I give it only 3 stars, but it really is the only reason its not 100% perfect.

I got this automatic feeder dispenser for my cat with renal disease. It’s imperative that she keeps her weight steady. My work schedule was too erratic to feed her on a regular schedule. It’s easy to setup, clean, and schedule feedings. And, you can share the controls with other people. My only qualm is, that the feeding bowl depth is too low. I do think that their needs to be individual bowls in the spots, so the whole unit doesn’t have to be disassembled, and the food can be raised up a bit, so there isn’t whisker fatigue. Also, the timing for feedings is in 24 hour, not 12 (I’m American) so that’s a little confusing, but can’t hate Catit for that.

Cannot find a better one and it is the best so far. It comes with wifi, can be controlled remotely, can scheduled at exactly time, instead of counting down timer. Could be improved: please adding day option in schedule so I can skip a day for new feeding. Also I purchased two but they are randomly operate in 1 second difference, hope it could be sync up.

I have 2 of these for my cats. It does its job well, havent had any issues with it not working at feed time. My cats eat out of it great, and are learning what the beep means as it rotates a new meal out.A few things I would like to see improved:1. The ice packs get lumps when frozen for too long which is annoying. Can be fixed by running that spot under warm water, but not ideal2. Wish there was a metal feed tray option3. Wish the trays were just a little bigger for my large kitties faces
