Ma première machine a duré moins dun an, lécran ne fonctionnait plus et ne voulait plus tourner les repas. Je décide den racheter une autre identique, car je me dis que ça peut être une malchance. Encore moins dun an après, ma machine brise à nouveau et la machine ne tourne plus ses repas. Mon chat a manqué deux repas et ma machine me disait quil avait eu ses repas, très ordinaire. Deux machines en moins de deux ans, je constate que la machine a une durée de vie très courte et je vais aller chez un compétiteur. Surtout à ce prix, cest décevant car cest une machine intéressante

After 6 months of use, the feeder malfunctions. I had to set two meals turns to go all the way to one space of food.

I just had a full test of two feeders for my two cats during a weekend getaway, the result is very successful. Before the full test, the feeders were used to deliver morning (small) meals to my cats for training purposes. Overall, the machines and the app do what they suppose to do well and reliably. However, therere more they can do. For example, the app do not have an option of pairing multiple feeders; hence, I have to schedule the meal times for each feeder separately. Although the control page for each feeder allows users to access a PIXI Smart Camera, the feeder is not really paired with a particular camera. (Each of my feeder has a Smart Camera to check which cat is eating. ) I bet such pairing exists in the PIXI Vision Smart Feeder. (I considered getting this model, but I simly dont like the idea of my cats keep eating from the same bowl for multiple meals. ) Another thing about the feeder is that it is a 6-meal feeder but only deliver 5 timed meals. I have no issue about this but, as a mathematician, those numbers from 1 to 6 on the tray and app are better labelled as 0 to 5. Finally, I would pay if Catit sells paper/plastic liners for putting into each meal tray. Washing the whole 6-meal tray is quite inconvenient due to its size. As each of my feeder only delivers two meals daily, washing the whole tray is an unnecessary burden to me.

Love that she can get her breakfast early without us getting up. Hate that the wifi sucks so we cannot use our phone so difficult to program and modify

This is awesome for a weekend away, never had an issue with it and easy to program!
