[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to try this heat lamp, I have lots of aches and pains and using every day certainly eases the pains even if only for a short while. Very portable and easy to use. Not as expensive to run as I would have imagined so am happy to carry on using. Hoping that continual use will make things a lot better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use. Literally you plug it and press starts and it comes on. Feels very powerful. I have been using it on my shoulder where I seem to have a lot of pain lately and it feels a bit better. I tried it on my face and although I feel like it makes my nose much easier to breathe it maybe a bit too powerful. Maybe I would need to increase the distance. After using on my face I felt skin was a bit irritated and bit itchy. I suffer from hyperpigmentation so won’t be using this on my face. But disappointing because there is so many articles about red light helping the collagen but I guess this is a not too strong. The information leaflet is a bit confusing it gives you range of light waves which is really large so I still don’t know what I am actually getting and what it depends on. It doesn’t have option to adjusted the wave length so not sure on that. You can move it at the angle but only gets locked at certain places. Would be good if it was a bit smoother and perhaps could be extended up. You have to get creative with setting it up to have the right place. Feels realy powerful I will keep using on sore muscles.

It is well packaged, well designed, sturdy and looks really smart and compact.It has a clear LED display and only a few buttons needed to work it. It has a default 15 minute timer, which is adjustable. This helps so that you don’t use it for too long and spend a lot on electricity. The power of the heat is 300 watt strength and really feels hot but soothing! The heat is instant from the moment you turn it on. The heat lamp is not too noisy. Be careful not to touch the screen as you burn your fingers.It automatically cuts off after the 15 minutes. and this is for safety reason to prevent over heating and exposing the muscle or joint to too much heat exposure. It also comes with a pair of protective glasses which you should put on as it’s not safe to look at the hot screen with a naked eye. This is for when you want to use it for colds.The treatment area is 40cmx30cm and the screen can be tilted. But you have to make sure it stays on its base. This makes it difficult and awkward if you want to treat the lower part of your body as you will need to find a low table to put it on and then a low chair for sitting on or you have to stand for the whole time. Perhaps making it rotate more would be helpful? Although it has handles on the sides, I think a handle on the top would be an added bonus and make it easier to carry around.However I did find it most effective on my shoulder after a couple of sessions. I have bursitis in my left shoulder and it certainly felt a little more supple afterwards. I am keen to see how it feels after a few weeks. My wife also used it for her arm and also found that it soothing. Apparently the infra red heat can help relieve colds by reducing the inflammation in the nose passages but I have not tried that yet, so I can’t give any feedback on that. Overall, I think it’s an ingenious clever product. I was very impressed at how instantly it heated up and that it was not noisy. It is extremely convenient to have and be able to use such a wonderful product like this at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! It’s simple to use and heats up quick. It’s easy to store as it’s not too big. I’ve never used something like this before, but it made my muscles relax and I felt ache free. The heat is really good temperature, definitely hot but not uncomfortable on the skin.
