I purchased before the holidays and was impressed how well the Baristina made espresso in a short time. Much easier than a high end espresso machine, especially during parties when multiple espressos are needed. The ability to adjust volume and to add a separate grind without removing the beans is great. The instruction videos on YouTube were very helpful. I purchased five unit for myself and family.

La compré para el café que tomo en el trabajo, pero esta máquina tiene un sabor mucho mejor y es más fácil de usar que otras. Además, muele el café de forma más silenciosa y espuma la leche y las bebidas vegetales a la perfección. El Americano sale rapidísimo, antes incluso de que tenga tiempo de preparar nada. If you are not a professional barista but would like to drink a good quality espresso every day without any problem, then this Baristina Espresso Machine won’t disappoint you. Design. I got espresso machine with a Milky White color base and a Milky White portafilter color. It’s a very good colors for any styles of kitchen. It doesn’t have any unnecessary details. Just white and silver colors, only three buttons on a panel. It attracts attention with its simplicity and elegance but does not add unnecessary visual noise to the kitchen space. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space on a countertop. ​​ Level of difficulty in use and maintenance. It’s very simple and pleasant to use Baristina: just fill a tank with a filtered water, pour in your favorite coffee beans (it automatically grinds them), choose one of the coffee options (you may choose among espresso or Lungo only), don’t forget to install the portafilter and place the cup in the right place, push the button, wait a couple of seconds, get your coffee, enjoy! It was really easy to use it for me. I figured how it works very fast. This espresso machine is also very easy to maintain and wash. All parts are easily removable and washable.​​​​​​​​​​​ Coffee quality. Every good or bad taste of coffee depends of the quality of coffee beans, water, and the method of preparation. I like the taste of espresso (it’s bold and velvet), but taste of Lungo I like much more (it has a great aroma and really tastes like a true barista made it).​​​ My honest conclusion: Baristina Espresso Machine is a very good option for those, who love espresso, don’t have much time to become a barista, appreciate modern and elegant design and don’t have much space in a kitchen.​​​
