High-quality craftsmanship and durable materials. The handles are comfortable but bit short. Additionally, an additional shoulder strap (or even just hooks for custom one) would be a great feature for added convenience. The price is a bit steep, but despite this, I highly recommend the bag for its excellent overall design.

I love all the different pockets and sleeves for laptop, panned, water bottle, etc. I am using this for work and have no problem fitting my laptop and lunch bag all in this bag! Also, love the straps because they are thicker and don’t dig into your shoulder. I haven’t gotten it dirty yet but the fabric seems like it would be very easy to clean.

Ordered the tote the first day it was available. Was looking for the optimal tote for my suburb to big city commute. Have tried totes from others (Shinola, Mission Workshop, Filson). The Thule checked all of my boxes: lightweight, can use as a tote and on shoulder, dedicated padded laptop storage, waterproof, easy to access and just the right amount of organized storage.I only gave 4 stars for a few reasons:- I wish the straps were 1 inch shorter, as someone with long arms, I have to be mindful of not hitting stairs as I walk up them.- I wish the straps were a tiny bit thicker, theyre not uncomfortable but could be better when carry some weight in the bag (laptop, chargers, water).- Dedicated umbrella holder is not big enough for a compact commuter style umbrella which are generally 11 - 12 inches when folded up. Not a big deal, I just keep my umbrella in the main compartment.
