Love it: Have had one for years and now this is my second one

Didn’t last long: We always used the lower priced, smaller models which never lasted more than 3 years (our blenders are used at least times a day for smoothies only) but decided to upgrade to this more expensive model for the perceived benefits and quality and to prevent throwing out another blender. I felt it was too bulky for the bench top, but we were happy with it until it burnt out in less than 2 years. So even though it was 3 times the price of the small ones, it didn’t last as long as any of them. We have since returned to a smaller model and are much happier.

Broke within a year: Broke a good 12 months prior to them asking for a review.

One of my most used appliances: Very versatile appliance, easy to clean and especially great for making dips for a fraction of the retail cost. There are lots of ideas in the manual and I have now biffed out all my old juice makers, stick blenders and so on as this appliance does it all without any fuss.
