Poor physical design. Poor physical design.After less than a week of use my daughters momentum 4 fell apart at the swivel point.By comparison, she has previously had a couple of pairs of the 450BT which have seen heavy use and travel for several years without any physical issues (I replaced the battery in one pair)About to have the return discussion with the shop and maybe sennheiser support.Really disappointed in these.

great performance and comfort i bought these headphones about 2 months ago for use while in the office. it was important to me that they were great with sound and music, but also needed to function as a teams call headset. I am very pleased with their performance and honestly shocked at how comfortable they are. Also, for you big headed folks, I have a large head and these fit very comfortably. By far the most comfortable headphones ive ever used.
