I love how these fit and feel, and the sound quality for music and podcasts is exceptional. But one of the principle uses of earbuds is to talk on the phone, and everyone I talk to tells me they cant hear me and then I have to switch to holding my phone so I can talk without using the earbuds. I checked reviews to find out if is just me, but apparently this is a real problem. Im flummoxed that Bose would put its name on something with such a serious functional shortcoming. Im afraid i am going to have to return these as I cant justify this expense for something that fails to meet one of the most critical functions of earbuds.

They are sleek looking and light weight. I have not quite figured out the buttons for volume control even after watching a YouTube video 😅
