It does have a few flaws. If the poop is not dry or covered enough it does stick to the sides or will get caught in the open area when it spins and get caught in that area and smear. I have to wipe it down every few days as it will stink. The only other flaw is I wish it had a full guard like another brand so you can empty the litter in the dump bin when changing, it will make it less messy then trying to dump old litter out of the hole. Otherwise a good product, just needs to be revamped a little more.

I bought this liter box 6 months ago and I have nothing but issues with it. It malfunctions every 2-3 days, often times not notifying me of the issue and leaving my cats without anywhere to use the bathroom. Thankfully sometimes they come tell me but not always. The waste bin is also extremely small, it fills up within a matter of a few days, might as well have a regular litter box for as often as I am attending to this one. The unit itself is very small as well, if you have larger cats it will not work for you. A complete and total waste of money

This magical tray will do everything itself, you just need to change the bags and add filler. Nothing spills out, there are no odors. After an adult cat goes to the toilet, the program starts. The volume of the garbage container is large. The application is very accessible. Every step is spelled out. I see how long the cat was there, how the cleaning is carried out, how the air neutralizer works. In general, everything is very cool. We and especially the cat liked it! The main advantages are the price, which saves time and sand costs, the cat quickly got used to the tray, the dimensions are ideal. I recommend!!!
