Llevo dos años empleando el producto, a pesar de que a mis gatos sí que les gusta la caja de arena han surgido varios problemas a tener en cuenta:1: no hay recambios disponibles por lo que la única opción es remplazar el equipo entero. Hace cuatro meses el cajón de los residuos tuvo un fallo poco común. La zona del desodorante se rompió por lo que nos enviaron otra unidad de remplazo, igualmente la revendí porque tiene los mismos problemas que la anterior.2: el modelo tiene fallos constantes en el software, tienes que desenchufarlo y volver a conectarlo constantemente para que vuelva a funcionar. Suele tener uno o dos errores al mes.3: la rueda que hace que el dispositivo gire está totalmente expuesta por lo que el polvo fino de arena se cuela, se atasca y hace un pitido constante que te puede despertar a las tres de la mañana sin problema.4: La limpieza del dispositivo es un infierno. Llegar adecuadamente a casa recoveco es imposible por lo que la limpieza nunca es impecable. Al desmontarlo se ve todos los sitios donde la basura se cuela sin que puedas llegar a limpiarla nunca.5: En algunas ocasiones se queda atascado a medio ciclo o con el gato dentro lo que genera una situación compleja.6: siempre está sucio, aunque los limpies todas las semanas, las paredes interiores hacen que nunca esté tiempo debido a que la suciedad rueda por todas las paredes del dispositivo.7: La goma de silicona interior no tiene remplazo y retiene mucho el olor, por lo que nunca se irá del todo aunque lo limpies bien.8: el sistema de retenciones de olores en muy malo, se cuela a través de la caja sin problema.9: Las bolsas especiales para el arenero y el recambio del desodorante (el cual hay que cambiar supuestamente a los 15 días??) son extremadamente caros, 20€ = dos recambios.Después de dos años de hacerme daño limpiándolo y solucionando sus averías y constantes problemas he decidido que no volveré a confiar en la marca y que no merece la pena por el elevado precio que tiene el dispositivo.

Absolutely love this thing. Great game changer. However, my only issue is the add litter button. Boy does that drive me insane. At first it worked but now it never does and I have to constantly unplug it just to add the litter. I also don’t think you can set the timer for less than 7 minutes which I have tried and it just automatically changes back to 7. I also wish there was an easier way to put the litter in the box because whenever I do I get litter everywhere and now tilt it back against the wall to put litter in. Pain in the butt. Other than that I love it.

It makes cleaning up after my cats way easier by automatically sifting through the litter, so I don’t have to dig for gold. Its high tech and safe as well. If my curious cat decides to jump back in while it’s cleaning, it stops until she’s out. It weighs my chonker and chonkish cats, to help me keep track of. It also looks sleek and fits nicely in the room, plus it does a solid job of containing odors. On a scale of diarrhea to solid stool, I’d give it a solid 10. Definitely worth it if you want less hassle and a cleaner space!

Set up was really easy as the instructions walk you through each step and then the app install and connection was really simple. I appreciate that they tell you to have your cat use the litter box unplugged for the first few days before turning it on so they can adjust a little at a time. The noise of the machine is really minimal which is a plus for small spaces. The best thing about this machine is unlike others, you can use whatever litter you already use so your cat doesn’t have to adjust to a new litter. It has been so nice to not have to scoop every morning and my cat has adjusted well! I could see a downside to this being it doesn’t have stairs for older cats and that it can track litter hopping out. Overall, I’m super happy with the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product! It comes with an app that tracks every potty usage! It has a scent absorber in the smelly bin and even tells you when it needs to be replaced, unfortunately it doesn’t take the smell away. The cleaning cycle will go automatically once a day and even anytime you want it to start you can begin it automatically, either on the app or manually with a button on the product. It is very quiet when cleaning as well and fits perfectly in the corner of my bathroom. I will add that if the cleaning cycle starts after the kitty has peed recently it will stick to the plastic bowl on the bottom of the litter box and once it does come off it sticks to the round about parts, you will have to scrap it off yourself.
