I find it so comfortable to wear and it fits perfectly. The battery life on this is really good,I have found after charging it lasts for around 4 days. Overall I am so impressed by this ring and I am really enjoying wearing it and seeing the benefits.

Some data are off my Garmin Fenix 7hr… so i dont know wich one is the right data. Also, i recently found out while looking at my history that i thought all my previous data was lost… but in fact there were in a dormant mode and i had to click on each single day one by one for 4 months to ses my results again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring about 4 months ago and overall I am quite happy. The insights I got so far helped me to improve my life. The only thing the ring isnt that good at is for fitness plans and how to interpret them. For example if have a running plan you normally improve your mileage over three weeks and then have a deload week with less mileage. But the Ring just tells you that your steps decrease and shows it as negative. So for daily life its super for fitness interprets you need additional gadgets.
