One of my favorite features is sleep tracking because it’s incredibly detailed and helps me understand how my habits (like screen time or late meals) affect my rest. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my ring in June and I’ve been primarily using it to track my sleep! I find it gives very accurate readings and is really good at giving me suggestions and graphing my data. The only reason I gave it four instead of five is that the ring scratches super easily. I have the gold and a lot of it is basically silver at this point. I don’t wear rings around it at all so it’s not rubbing on anything. The battery is okay, I charge it probably every 3 to 4 days. I was hopeful it was going to last longer. Also, often when I go into the app, it takes quite a while to load my data and I have to refresh it quite a few times.
